A short, structured 30-day engagement to get your operations organized again. We identify bottlenecks, implement 2–3 core workflows, document them, and set a clear weekly operating rhythm so your business runs more predictably.
Is this the same as hiring a virtual assistant?
No. This is not open-ended task support or “hours.” It’s a defined reset focused on coordination, implementation, and accountability so the work actually gets finished and adopted.
What kinds of businesses is this best for?
Founder-led small businesses, agencies, consultants, and service providers—especially after a change like growth, team turnover, a new offer, or systems that no longer fit.
What will we actually work on during the 30 days?
Typically 2–3 workflows such as client intake/onboarding, lead follow-up and scheduling, project delivery handoffs, task management, document organization, and team communication expectations.
Do you provide bookkeeping, payroll, or tax services?
No. This offer excludes bookkeeping, payroll, and tax work.
What tools do you work with?
We keep it simple and use what you already have when possible (Google Workspace, shared docs, and a tracker). If you already use a project tool (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.), we can adapt.
How much time will this take from me or my team?
You should expect a kickoff session, short weekly check-ins, and timely responses to questions/requests. The faster you respond, the faster we can implement and stabilize the workflows.
Do you guarantee results?
No specific outcomes are guaranteed, but you will leave with implemented workflows, documentation, and a clear operating rhythm. Results depend on responsiveness and follow-through.
What happens after the 30 days?
You can run the workflows internally. If you want continued support, a monthly coordination option may be available by request.
How do I request details?
Email support@corepointbusiness.com with your industry, team size, the top 2–3 things that feel broken right now, and any deadline you’re working against. We’ll reply within 1 business day with next steps and availability.
